VIA Projects
During my years in Secondary School, I have participated in several VIA projects and I really enjoyed being a part of these meaningful projects. Some examples of the VIA projects are, donation drives, community services and cultural exchange programmes.
Foundress Day VIA (2018-2019)
- Visiting Elderly at Chai Chee Estate: Packed gift bags for the elderly living at Chai Chee Estate, then visited the different blocks to give out the gift bags.
Cultural Immersion Trip (2018)
- Cultural Exchange Programme at Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Visited 3 different schools to conduct classes for children and help clean the schools, visited tourist attractions and historical sites.
Foundress Day VIA (2016-2017)
- Blessing of Blocks: Packed goodie bags to be given out to residents living nearby the school
Willing Hearts Community Service (2017)
- Volunteered at Willing Hearts to pack food for families in need
Shoe Donation Drive (2017)
- Soles4Souls: A few classmates and I proposed a shoe donation drive to be conducted school-wide, the shoes were then donated to less fortunate children.
